France and a quick look at its Tax system

Who ever said that France tax system is complex. Compared to its peers in various European countries, the French Entrepreneur, interested in selling his company, would have to analyze  about 35 options before finding out its tax rate. As a matter of comparison and for the same operation ,the second most complex country, Germany,would only have 3 options!!!. This is a true assault course experience.
